2440 Fulton
One of two NB developments in an up-zoning city effort, this 300,000 SF+ building merges vacant Retail spaces on the first two floors & dedicated office spaces for NYC's Human Resources Administration (HRA) on the upper levels.
Facade's design consists in a play of two layers; GFRC staggered columns & grid and MTL panels at the entrances. Special care was taken to give emphasis to the commercial programs at the facade, particularly in the foreseen densest street walls, whilst allowing for visibility at the city client entrances & privacy at the city staff entrances. Design also incorporates a green roof as per NYC's new LL92 & 94, EV charging stations & drywell systems.
