An affordable opportunity
Previously a vegetable garden, this modular project in Brooklyn proposes four two bedroom residential units. It constitutes one of the many projects done by Habitat for Humanity, an international non-profit organization devoted to building "simple, decent, and affordable" housing. It is one of the projects worked with Long Island Citys firm, SKODA Design + Architecture, in collaboration with Full Stack Modular. It's intent is to maintain a contextual, simple building, while having advantages of a modular construction process.
